How it works
Choose the option that fits your gift. Our templates are editable in Canva Free, with a step-by-step PDF guide included.
Digital Template
- Order your template and open the PDF guide.
- Choose US Letter or A4, create your own Canva copy, and replace the photos and words.
- Download your finished magazine as a PDF to keep or share privately. No physical item is included.
Template + Printed Magazine
- Open the included guide and personalize your own Canva copy.
- When it is finished, open Contact, choose Submit finished design, and send your order number with a public Canva, Google Drive or Dropbox file link.
- We check the design and send a proof for your approval. Production and delivery estimates begin after final approval.
Send the link to your completed design, not the blank template. In Canva, choose Share → Access level → Anyone with the link → Can edit → Copy link. Canva may ask us to sign in to edit or download; your link must grant access without a separate permission request.
For Google Drive or Dropbox, share your finished PDF Print file with anyone who has the link and allow viewing and downloading without a password or permission request. If Canva cannot provide the print file, we will ask for a Drive or Dropbox link. We accept links only; no file upload is needed.
Print Your Design
Already made a design? Choose the matching size and page count on Print Your Design, add your public finished-design link, and place your order. We review it before printing and ask for final approval. This is a printing service; a template and editing services are not included.
