Digital includes the editable Canva template and PDF guide. After personalizing, download your finished magazine as a PDF; no physical item is included. Printed includes the template, guide and one printed magazine. Send your finished design through Contact, then approve the proof before we print.
You receive a 40-page magazine template in US Letter and A4, a step-by-step PDF guide with pictures, and a filled example for inspiration. Choose your size before editing. For the Printed option, we use the size of the completed template you submit and confirm it before printing.
No. You can personalize the template with a free Canva account. The layout is ready for you; just replace the photos and text, following the included PDF guide.
Yes, Canva works on mobile, but we strongly recommend editing on a computer or laptop. The larger screen makes it much easier to replace photos, adjust crops and check text and page layouts. A phone is useful for quick edits, but a computer gives you more control.
Add your photos, change names and dates, and write your own captions, memories and messages. The template gives you a starting layout, so you can focus on the person you’re making it for.
There is no fixed number—you can choose the pages you want to keep and reuse favorite photos. Gather your original, high-quality photos, names, dates and a few short memories or messages before you begin. Avoid screenshots or heavily compressed images where possible.
Work at your own pace. Having your photos and messages ready makes editing easier. You can save your progress in Canva and come back whenever you like.
You can pause and return to your saved design in Projects using the same Canva account. For a printed order, we wait for your completed design and final proof approval before production begins. Your production and delivery estimate starts after approval, so allow extra time to finish editing before your gift date.
Print up to 40 pages for the price of 28. With our Digital + Printed bundle, the printing portion costs the same as our 28-page Print Your Design option. We include up to 12 extra printed pages at no additional printing charge.
Keep the pages you love—you don’t need to fill all 40. This allowance is included with the bundle; Print Your Design is priced by the page count you select.
Your final magazine must contain 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38 or 40 pages in total, including all four cover pages: the front cover, inside front cover, inside back cover and back cover.
Keep all four cover pages in place and remove unwanted inside pages in pairs.

We send a proof for your approval before printing. We accept links only; no file upload.
Yes. Choose Print Your Design, select the size and page count that match your finished design, and add a public Canva, Google Drive or Dropbox file link. US Letter and A4 are supported. This is printing only; no template or editing service is included.
If you already ordered without adding a link, use Contact → Submit finished design and include your order number. We check the file and ask for approval before printing.
The estimates below include print production and delivery, starting after you approve your final design for print:
- United States: Tracked Standard 6–10 business days; Tracked Express 5–8 business days.
- United Kingdom and Canada: Tracked Standard 6–10 business days; Tracked Express 4–6 business days.
- Australia: Tracked Standard 6–10 business days. Express is not currently offered.
Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Your editing time and time spent waiting for design submission or proof approval are additional. Available methods and charges depend on your delivery address and are shown at checkout.

Once your printed order is dispatched, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you need help finding it, contact us with your order number. Digital orders do not have shipping tracking.
Digital: change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once digital access has been supplied, subject to your statutory rights. Contact us if you cannot access your purchase or it does not work as described.
Printed: request cancellation before production begins, preferably before approving your proof. For a bundle, the digital portion already supplied is treated separately. If your printed magazine is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us with your order number so we can help. See our Refund Policy for full details.
